Service and prices

Choosing a wedding photographer is not easy. Personal recommendation is without doubt the best option and many of my bookings come through this route. Frequently guests from earlier weddings I’ve covered have gone on to book me for their own big day!

Prices vary tremendously between different photographers. The hours provided in preparation, shooting and post-production, not to mention the quality of equipment, experience and album quality all add up. I try to provide a competitive price to suit most wedding budgets yet maintain the very highest standards without compromise.

In the standard package you are promised the following features:

  • Dedicated full day’s coverage of the wedding from preparation to speeches or first dance all for a single price
  • Full and detailed record of the whole event producing fantastic images throughout
  • A tastefully composed storybook of the whole event combining colour, black and white and occasional use of digital effects presented in an album of your choice
  • A CD-ROM containing all the final images for you to control, send out emails and organise your own re-prints without paying further commission
  • A selection of pictures included on this website for friends and guests to view while the album is being prepared (password protected if you wish)

Benefits of an Adrian Cook wedding:

  • Album prints that are produced only by a professional laboratory
  • The peace of mind of a photographer who has experience of church weddings, civil ceremonies, civil partnerships, muslim blessings and registry office weddings
  • A photographer who carries an up to date CRB certificate, public liability insurance and indemnity insurance and carries duplicate equipment to all events
  • A photographer who has studied photography at degree level and undertaken further professional BIPP approved training in Wedding photography
  • In the unlikely event of accident or illness, I am under-written by another professional wedding photographer as a replacement

All for £600

Trash the dress. Not for the faint-hearted! A new trend sweeping the UK (from Australia and America) it calls for the braver brides to complete a high art fashion shoot after the wedding (a late wedding present, birthday or first anniversary surprise). It beats having a dress doing nothing in the wardrobe for the rest of your married life!
